JBS conducted a 3 day workshop on Business Communication from 7th October to 9th October,2021. Day 2: The speaker for the day was Mr. DV Shastry, Executive director- GAIL. He talked about the differences of Communication Theories in Western and Indian world. Also, highlighted the barriers that are caused while communicating the information and how they can be avoided.
