Corporate Internship in Teleperformance India.

Teleperformance is headquartered at France.
India has four offices located at Gurgoan, Indore, Jaipur, Mohali along with other 76 countries globally.
It offers various services like customer acquisition, social media solutions,customer care, back office ,technical support , analysis solutions etc.

My roles and responsibilities were:
Social media
Client acquisition: I worked with my mentor during the presentations made for Uber & Hilton India so that we can get a part of their business which was related to customer relationship management.
Campaign management: Here, I helped in campaigns like Digital Superstar, Lifeattp (Internal campaign), etc. which boosted our employee engagement.

Provided Business news: I provided the news to the top management team through our internal portal for providing them more business insights.

Analysis of competitors were done: Social media analysis of Genpact and EXL was done in order to check what new techniques they are implementing which can help our company to make new startegies for performing better in future.

Corporate Internship helped me to understand the real life scenarios of the competitive world in the market and how different marketing strategies are used to combat different situations.
It was an experience full of learning where i got a great chance to implement all the theories that i learnt during my first year of MBA, on the practical field at Teleperformance India
