A Guest Lecture on ‘Challenges In Project Execution’ was organized on 11th January 2020, by JBS, Noida The Speaker was Mr. Sunil Bhatia.
The guest lecture was attended by faculty members, MBA and BBA students. The Guest Speaker shared her experiences of various projects where he had been instrumental in planning & execution. He emphasized that a project is not the sole responsibility of the Project Executing Team, rather it is a joint effort of the giant organizational team, including all the related departments. The audience remained glued to his session to gain from his rich expertise sharing. He further explained the detailed working of project logistics. Technical aspects of project management like Critical Factors Analysis, Planning, Inventory Management, and Strategic Management were also elaborately explained. Towards the conclusion, the session became highly interactive as students had many queries pertaining to Challenges In Project Execution which were appropriately answered by the resource person.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Full paper submission and presentation will be based on the abstract submitted. The abstract of about 300 words must include the purpose, methodology, major findings of the research, originality and the keywords.
The abstract should be built on the following guidelines:
• Length: 300 words; Font: Times New Roman; Font Size: 12 points; 1.5 space
• Title Page: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Contact Details
GUIDELINES FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
1. Article Length: 5000–7000 words
2. Spacing: 1.5
3. Font: Times New Roman
4. Font Size: 12 Points
5. Margins: One inch all around
6. Page numbering: Consecutively numbered pages
7. Title page: The title page of manuscript must include the title of the theme, author’s name, affiliations, keywords (maximum 5), phone numbers & email.
8. References: Authors to follow American Psychological Association (APA) Style to refer.
9. All tables, charts and graphs should be given on separate sheets with title.
10. Wherever necessary, the source should be indicated at bottom.
11. The endnotes, italics, and quotation marks should be kept to the minimum.
12. Paper must have not been published or accepted for publication elsewhere or be currently under any other review.
13. Name of the author(s) should appear only on the title page. In case of joint submissions all correspondence will be addressed to first author.

Jaypee Business School organized a guest lecture on “Securities Markets Operation” on 10th January 2020 by Mr. Himanshu Arora and Ms. Anshu Raheja addressed the students on trading in the stock market, especially about the use of technical analysis in picking stocks, tools of technical analysis and investment planning. They also stressed the importance of investing in stocks, equity markets and how it can multiply one’s earnings.
The session was very useful and informative for the students, as they could gain knowledge in the disciplines of attributes and functions of the stock market and diversified investments in different commodities.
